To ensure this bouncy castle is safe to use we do require an extra 2 ft in width either side of the unit. So ideally for this 12 ft x 15 ft castle, we would need 16 feet in width so in order that we can secure and peg it down safely.

5 ft extra to the back for the blower and blower pipe to be straight to have the correct flow of pressure so that inflatable is correct pressure for bouncing on.

Lastly 3 ft to the front for the safety mats we also provide. All bouncy castles need these spaces as set by the insurance companies and to meet safety standards.

The bouncy castle has a rain cover sewn into the inflatable, it also adds as a great safety feature as it prevents kids from falling from the side walls even though they shouldn't need to be on them. We are fully insured and can provide insurance documents if needed. We do have the right to refuse to hand out our insurance to prevent fraud so we mostly send directly to the hall.

Price quoted on website is day hire only. Delivered between 7 am - 12 on morning & collected from 6 pm April-September 5pm from October-March.
Overnight hire added before delivery is only 30 euro extra collected next morning from 10 am

Delivery Areas

Our local free delivery areas are Tallaght, Clondalkin & Citywest and a few surrounding areas.

Then we head over the other side of Dublin to places like Finglas, Malahide & Artane areas. All these areas occur a distance or toll charge. If you click on the delivery area it will give you the exact charge for your area. Some areas may incur a bigger charge than others.

Drop Off/Collection Times

Drop off times is between 7am - 12. We always aim to have all inflatables set up before 12 as most parties start after that time. We usually do the area closest to our warehouse in Tallaght and move out. Pick up times are April-September6pm onwards in winter months October-March 5pm onwards. If you have a later party best to select overnight hire as its the drivers on collection best interests to get all inflatables back in the van and getting ready for the next day.

Delivery Areas

We cover most of the Dublin, Wicklow, Kildare & Meath areas. During peak communion season April to May, we try to stay in the Dublin area to make sure we are on time for every party. Based in Tallaght our most popular areas would be areas like Citywest, Clondalkin, Ballyfermot & Terenure as these would be our free delivery service.

Other areas such as Finglas, Malahide, Swords would be at an extra charge due to distance and tolls charges needed.

Cleanliness Of Our Bouncy Castles

Super Steos Bouncy Castles we strive to maintain the highest standards in everything we do. Our bouncy castles are cleaned between every hire as we like them to look like its the first ever hire they are going on. We keep our bouncy castles for around 3 years to keep them in brand new condition we even give them a quick spray and once over on set up.

Set up & Collection

Set up in the morning usually takes around the fifteen-minute mark. The bouncy castle takes around five minutes to place down and peg into the grass. We will then explain the rules of the bouncy castle and get you to sign our disclaimer form showing you understand the rules. It only takes less than one minute for the bouncy castle to become fully inflated we usually ask all customers to not let down the inflatable until we arrive back that evening to collect it unless we advise you to do so from a text message after a phone call.

Safety On Our Bouncy Castles

When it comes to the safety of the children or any age of the user on our products. Safety is our number 1 concern. Our bouncy castles are all built to BSEN 14960:2013, therefore it meets all health and safety standards for hiring out for commercial use. When you buy new bouncy castles some can even fail tests as not made to correct standards. We get all our bouncy castles RPII safety tested, by Bounce Ireland in Navan each year. Rpii the best practice standard and supported by the HSE. We have also heavily invested in Pipa tags on all our inflatable stock this just means you can check that all our castles are fully tested and up to date.

Fully insured with public liability insurance of over 5 million euro also all our electrical equipment gets Pat tested every year
